About John

I was born in Omagh and have lived here all my life. Many years ago, long before the digital age, I earned my living as a Professional Wedding Photographer. I gave up that profession to build a successful family business (The Thread Mill, Omagh) and having now retired I have returned to photography once again, not as a profession, but as an enjoyable retirement pastime.

I have always been a keen naturalist which showed through my interests in fishing and other country pursuits. Combining my photographic background with my interest in nature seems a natural progression for me, one that I find very satisfying and rewarding.

Need a Photographer?
Whilst wildlife is my favourite subject, I also enjoy the challenge of Event Photography and commercial work. I am available to undertake some private commissions such as Family Portraits at home, Family Re-unions/Gatherings, Special Events, Corporate Events, etc.
